Course Description

This mentorship offers an insightful introduction to the sectors of management, marketing, communication and administration within culture and music markets. Nowadays, such skills are mandatory for any artist, organization or project, including culture and music. Being confident with marketing and communication, in terms of strategy and operational decisions, is not only a must-have task, but also a factor of differentiation from many Italian music professionals that, most of the times, do not cover them vertically.

These two-days immersion within the music industry is willing to offer a wide and deep panorama on how to approach any music project or product – and should not be taken as a know-it-all, weak phase. On the contrary, it is decisive to properly face, and understand, all the master classes that will follow. By moving through key elements of management, marketing, communication, project management and administration, and gaining feedback along the way, participants will stretch the limits of their ideas and vision before grounding and refining them into a rounded management approach that is well-researched, engaging and sustainable.
