AVANT Learn – Advance Music XLR8R Training Program team offers a free professional and internationally oriented qualication program aiming to support young music creator makers from Apulia and Italy. It provides to practitioners expertise and guidance to help conceptualising and organising successful and impactful music projects. Deadline for application is July 31st.

This open call is for training on relevant topics for the future of the music industry: marketing, communication, project management, green music, music tourism, fundraising, digital project management, event production and music copyright & licensing.

Training courses can be face-to-face, online or blended courses. Courses may be organised in collaboration with external partners and professors, a factor that adds a rationale, additional value. Students will be given any educational material related to the training program – such as slides and a certification – but also insightful resources and links to be used to enhance the specific matter processed during the course – links to blogs, professional figures and case histories useful to determine a strategic and operational thinking.

The program is divided into three phases: the mentorship, the master classes, and the internships. The mentorship and master classes will be held at Castello Volante of Corigliano d’Otranto, while the two internships will run in the context of AVANT Festival (5-6th August 2022, Corigliano d’Otranto) and of MUNDI Festival (2nd September 2022, Sannicandro di Bari).

Do you wish to be the next music project manager of the future? This free-training program is for you, then! The selected

participants will get exceptional music management vision and skills, and will be taken in consideration for future project management works and commissions. The education and “desire to do” of the students are the main selection criteria, additional criteria include aptitudinal approach and appropriateness of eventual previous professional experience within the sector of music, art and culture.
