The open call is not subject to the regulations of D.P.R. 430/2001 concerning the regulation of competitions and prize operations, as its object is the sharing of theoretical and operational practices of the discipline of cultural management for which the awarding of the prize is a recognition of personal merit; consequently, it is applied the exclusion clause as per art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of D.P.R. 430/2001.
Participants, while remaining legitimate owners of all rights to the submitted information, and legitimate users of the learning content, acknowledge to ‘AVANT Learn – Advanced Music XLR8R’, a project organized by Sud Sonico Associazione Culturale, the ownership and confidentiality of the learning content itself.
